"The hotel is very clean and profesional. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast has an ample range for the hungry traveller with the Chinese food cooked to perfection and decent bread but not many cereal options. I would have preferred there to be sugar-free options with the hot drinks but there is hot water for tea bags. The decor is superb and bed warm and comfortable. I didn't get to see the museum so if I come back then I will probably choose to stay here again!"

Every time I call the front desk, they can always give me the fastest response. The aunts in the life department are always so reliable. I just simply explain, please clean the room. They can put all the chaos I brought to the room back on track, even the towels I brought with me and threw on the sofa will be neatly folded. I can trust them without any worries. After running around all day, I can come back to the house to face a clean environment and fresh air without any worries. My girlfriend said that Changsha on May Day was crowded, dirty and messy everywhere. Thanks to Marriott for bringing peace to our world. Sure enough, the journey is different, but we are all the destination. The first time I tried it, I was sure that my fate with Marriott has just begun. "I was extremely impressed by the rooms, facilities and services provided by this hotel. Everyone from the front desk to the concierge went out of their way to help with everything. The rooms are large, bright and comfortable. I went there for the Alec Su concert, the hotel even put his cupboard cut-out in the lobby for us to take photos and played his songs! The location is very convenient for Mango stadium events and the hotel golf carts will drive you to the closest exit and you can walk there in 5 minutes. I will definitely stay here again for concerts."

I was on a business trip during the Lantern Festival and saw beautiful fireworks by the Xiangjiang River🎆 The hotel's facilities are very complete, the hygiene is very clean, the environment is very artistic, and the service is even better. "The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was nicely designed and in a densely populated area which made travelling and finding places to eat at very smooth sailing. The room was spacious, including a lounge area and had a big bathtub with a beautiful city view of the colourful skyscrapers which lit up at night. Wish we had a longer time in the area as we would have loved to stay for longer. Would highly recommend."
