Check in’imizi yapan Bahadır Bey ve guest relations’tan Gülizar Hanım çok yardımcı oldular. F&B ekibi biraz daha atik ve misafir memnuniyeti odaklı olabilirdi. Otelde 2.konaklamamdı, seneye de gelmeyi düşünüyoruz.

We stayed at your hotel with our family on May 19th and were satisfied. The smiling faces and service concept of the employees were very nice. The quality of the food was good, the desserts were great. If we come again, we would choose it again.

The food was very bad, the whole family used it. We have diarrhea
Again. Even if I go, I will never eat. We were so bad.
One of my daughters did not eat, she was the only one left healthy. The one who ate and had breakfast, we were devastated.
